Firesnake by Donna Barba Higuera absolutely shattered my heart—and I loved every second of it.

This was everything my Wizards and I hoped the conclusion to this incredible series would be... and somehow even more. Higuera once again weaves together breathtaking world-building, unforgettable characters, and themes of family, sacrifice, identity, and hope in a way that feels both magical and deeply human.

There were moments when I cheered, moments when I gasped, and several moments when my heart broke right alongside the characters. The emotional punches hit hard, but they were earned, making the ending all the more powerful and memorable.
