It is a audiobook that allows you to meditate on a very important topic in life such as discovering your goal, passion or purpose... I recommend it to people who find themselves without a goal, without knowing what to do or how to give meaning to their days, those who are unhappy with their lives or who simply want to make their days more vibrant and productive!

I am very happy and satisfied with my job. As a medical doctor, I help people every day and empathize with them. The last couple of months, I have been feeling like something is missing. This book helped me to reassess my needs and life goals. I have realized that I didn't pay enough attention to my own aspirations and needs. I was acting like I didn't have the right and time to care about myself. I still like to help and serve people, but now I am listening to my soul and heart more. I have reduced my schedule, found time for myself and my true passions.

It is not enough just waiting something great to happen. You have to take action for a better and more fulfilling life. First, you have to know and believe that you have the power to create anything you want in your life. I am very grateful to the author for teaching me to love and appreciate myself more. I have always believed that the Universe has a plan for all of us. When I saw the book title and cover page I was immediately attracted to it. And I was not wrong. Very motivational and easy listening and easy to understand. I very much enjoyed the book and has an excellent narration style.

I really liked the advice he gives to help us discover what our goal is and what we should do when we have it. So it is practical content and it doesn't just stay in vague meditations but helps you to take action to improve your life. How I wish a printed edition were available to give to some loved ones!
