I used to feel uncomfortable with the idea of being fully known—by others, by myself, and even by God. Their vulnerability and openness reflected their perfect relationship with their Creator and His creation. It was a state of complete trust, freedom, and intimacy with God.

Genesis 2:25 says, “Adam and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.” For years, I skimmed past that verse, assuming it was just a minor detail in the creation story. But as I began to reflect on what it means to live free in Christ, I realized it held a deeper significance. It wasn’t just about physical nudity—it was about being fully known and fully loved by God.

In today’s world, the idea of naturism can feel strange, even controversial, especially within Christian circles. But at its core, Christian naturism is about reclaiming the truth of who we are as God’s creation. It’s about stepping away from the shame that sin introduced and stepping into the freedom, grace, and love that Jesus offers.

This book is not about convincing you to adopt naturism. Instead, it’s about inviting you to explore how God’s love meets us in our most vulnerable places—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s about learning to see yourself as God sees you: His beloved child, created in His image, and worthy of love and acceptance.
