Finding Family - Ash

Asher Peters has been dating Beth since Freshman year. After she develops a crippling illness, she puts their relationship on hold. Severely beaten by his homophobic father who incorrectly assumes Asher is gay, he needs to be cared for during his recovery by his gay brother, Crispin. Asher transfers to Preston High where he meets Pat Bonney. Pat is a state champion wrestler. Together with the wrestling boys, they help Asher adjust and train to become a wrestler. Pat and Asher develop emotional and sexual feelings for one another. Pat is gay but not out. Asher finds himself questioning his sexuality. Though he considered himself straight, he develops feelings then love for Pat. Asher and Pat become part of Cian and Jason's growing family.
