Strange Effect

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Maybe. While I like his other stuff, I found this one to be strange.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

It had some odd tracks that literally woke me up in the middle of the night. Echoing voices with some strange music in the background. Very odd. It wasn't helpful for a full night's sleep for me.

Any additional comments?

While this isn't a terrible program, some of the later tracks were jarring enough that it disturbed my sleep. That's a personal experience, so your own mileage may vary.

it really work it did hypnotize me but I didn't really get to talk to my spiritual guide I just had really weird dreams when doing it when I went to sleep but I would try another audio for self hypnosis
