This book did a really good job of helping me overcome my fears. I feel that I’ve been held back mentally for a really long time. This book has taught me how to change my way of thinking to help me make the changes I want in life.

I think most people--especially men--don't take enough time to think about the way they operate in the world. This audiobook is challenging, in a good way, and it made me reflect on a lot of things in my life. This was well worth it.
