In our chaotic world, there are many things that can cause a person to suffer from PTSD and complex PTSD symptoms. They may suffer from domestic violence, child abuse, natural disasters, medical complications, loss of a loved one, loss of their home or job, loss of financial security, and more. PTSD and complex PTSD are essentially triggered by anything that triggers a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness in the face of trauma. A person who suffers from complex PTSD and PTSD symptoms often are unable to self-regulate, heal, process, and de-stress from traumatic events.
This book couples the PTSD and complex PTSD symptoms with feng shui changes that you can do to your environment in order to help your moods and ease your frustration and agitation. The tactics and techniques in this book are tried and proven by people with PTSD, however, not all individuals will experience relief from feng shui in regards to their chronic stress and PTSD symptoms. Each person is different, and this can be seen when we look at the way in which each person responds differently to drugs and medications.
