As the first course is served, a sudden power outage plunges the room into darkness. When the lights flicker back on, one of the guests lies dead. Dr. Annabelle rushes to the body and quickly identifies a rare, fast-acting poison—this was no accident.

Detective Hunter, among the guests, takes charge. A fierce storm traps them inside, while panic mounts. Cryptic, finger-written messages start appearing on the windows, revealing secrets among the group. Fear and paranoia set in as another guest falls victim.

With the killer among them, Dr. Annabelle and Detective Hunter must uncover the truth before the poison strikes again, or risk becoming the next victims in the feast of deception.

virtual voice is not pleasing

I think if it had been a real person's narration, the book would have kept me attention more. A shame.
