the series does a great job explaining the intent of using hypnosis. how such a simple & profound technique can be broadened to most challenges in life, I do not know, but it does. I love using these audibles as I fall asleep. This has been the most well explained one & I think most people can use a pinch more bravery in their lives...

most thorough so far

the first two chapters are information about hypnotism and advertisment it's 10 minutes long...... the third chapter ... the first​ 4 minutes are the same and he wants you to visit his website and buy more.... then you listen to what you pay for it... not fair... I don't like that sir... 1 star I would not recommend. I am tired of listen to your advertisement.. I can not listen to your advertisement anymore. 4th chapter he talks for about 4 more minutes telling you how much you need to buy more. he knows you are in need and he wants to cash in with you.
