Zero practical value. Just total nonsense. No wonder it’s free.

Wow, was this stupid, and I feel very annoyed. It was free, but I feel I overpaid because I wasted 20 minutes on this. So, the lady can’t put anyone into a trance because her lead in is nonsensical enough that it kept me thinking is this written by AI or just someone ESL? (“release your hips, release your pelvis…feel your eyes sink.”). It just made no sense. Other than saying you won’t fear injections, she doesn’t help you not fear injections. So not helpful, super annoying, and of zero practical value.

I didn’t notice any difference

As with any audio of this type, it relaxes you the moment you listen to it, however I did not notice any difference or reduction in my anxiety at the time of the venipuncture.
