Filled with great information
This book is well-researched, thorough, and incredibly helpful. It's also full of compassion. I'm not sure I fully understood the concept of gaslighting until the author explained it so eloquently. And the tips to uncover the abuse, and inch toward recovery are invaluable. This book will really help people. Fantastic narrator too.
