I loved that this a short novella for Fin and Connie as it moves quickly. I wanted to beat Fin myself for his inability to do what he needed for Connie. I loved that Connie finally stood up for herself and the truth about what he was hiding finally came out. The narrators did a great job of bringing the characters to life.

I love a good best friend's sibling romance! Tracy Lorraine is a favorite author of mine and I couldn't wait for this story after reading/listening to FALLING FOR RUBEN. Fin's wishy-washy behavior was disappointing, but the reason for it broke my heart. Ruben, Connie, and their parents were everything to Fin. He couldn't risk breaking that bond. Although I wanted to knock Fin upside the head a few times, I loved the way he and Connie kept coming back together. I look forward to listening to Lilly's story next!!

Alex Bates and Kelli Tager are wonderful narrators. Their performance made the book roll like a movie in my head.
