R. Weir’s sequel is a thrilling ride filled with suspense and drama that will keep you hooked from start to finish. Great book!

This was an awesome second book to this series. The story continued on perfectly and the new case was even better than the last. The narrator again has an amazing range of voices that I love, but his delivery of the story parts are getting better! I can’t wait for the next one!

Story Good, but Divine's always Blinded by Sex

Divine's pubescent sexual desires blinds him to a lot. It is obvious that Nichole is casing his place and pumping him, but sex is all he has on his mind and he is unaware. The rest of the storyline is done well though and keep me reading. Narrator does a Great job with the various characters voices and the entire storyline once again.

Narration

Phillip does an amazing job at his work. In 2023 when I read this novel, I did not really care for it. Even this time around it’s not my number one favorite in the series. However, the narration of books 1 & 2 so far really bring them to life.
