When Newlyn finds himself with a lioness in his office asking for help to find her missing brother it throws the snow leopard detective for a loop, but against his better judgement he decides to take the case and try to see if he can help her out. What he finds is not a missing lion but a web of intrigue and mystery as it's not just one feline that went missing as his investigation takes him to a strange club where all the creatures are dressed in rubber. Things only get stranger from there and he soon finds that being killed by the mafia is the least of his worries as he becomes embroiled in a plot that involves a mafia pride, two scientists, and a lot of rubber.
