Choctaw Magic in a Mason Jar
Lizbeth's mama is a believer in the old Choctaw legends, and even though her daddy tries to shush her, she keeps retelling the stories of the fallen angels whenever meteors fall. The latest meteor that fell leads Lizbeth into the hills to find it, but instead she captures a mason jar full of magic that changes her . . . and frightens her. Returning home with dark tales of what she has discovered, she is dismayed and doesn't know what to do with her mason jar of Choctaw magic. This short audio is an interesting folk legend for adults and children alike, with a delightful suprise ending.
