They say oil and water don’t mix, but the same can be said when three branches of law enforcement find themselves working the same murder investigation.

When a former Senator is found murdered in Big Fork, Montana, the local sheriff and Richard “Rottweiler” Chase are first on the scene. They start an investigation but are sidelined when the FBI arrives and takes over the case.
