This is the worst hypnosis ever
What disappointed you about Extreme Confidence Hypnosis Bundle?
The women talking on and on before getting to hypnosis and her annoying voice. I could not get into it at all. Also the "get funny" only gave me a headache. She intro talked way to much and I do not know who taught her hypnosis, but she doesn't have it. Also her using mr bean as an example of funny was the worse. the guy is so ugly and gross. i have never seen or heard him say one thing funny. Don't waste your money. I don't even know how I got this hypnosis on my audible list of books.

No, it taught me to look around further. I've used hypnosis for things like sleeping and relaxing and have had great success.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
her voice, with her almost condescending English accent was not relaxed or calming and I love accents. Just not her's.

yes, cut the intros, get a qualified hypnosis therapist and make sure their voice is calming. not so instructive that you feel like you are going to take an exam instead of relax and get something positive out of the session
