Where does Exercise Motivation, Weight Loss, and Workout Success Pack - Four in One Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Very good. However I have Law of Attraction, Money and Wealth from this same author and during the guided meditation he says "ready to learn what you have used". I think that is backwards and now I have trouble relaxing due to the mistake. The beginning of this recording is exactly the same so I am guessing he does a cut and paste for that portion of all his recordings. I wonder if my mind cares but I would prefer to "use what I have learned."

Most chapters have piano in the background, I love the piano but there's something here that I can get past, chapters 7,8&9 are all great though and never make it through chapter 7

His voice is very soothing I almost instantly fall asleep. The variety of white noise is really relaxing. I haven't really felt a difference other than being able to fall asleep faster but I don't mind I really enjoy listening to it while I sleep.

There were a lot of harsh tones like piano keys and xylophone or bell type tones that would interrupt my meditation . Also at the end a jarring voice announces you’ve been listing to audible and undoes the relaxed meditation. . I won’t your audible for meditation in the future
