A moving, genuine, and hilarious collection of essays about fame, glamour, infamy, and the power of writing your own story, from Page 3 model turned writer Keeley Hazell.

For much of her life, Keeley Hazell has been labeled and pigeonholed. Growing up in a poor working-class family made her a certain kind of person (the kind who scrounged for chicken and chips money and once set a car on fire). Becoming a topless model after winning The Sun newspaper's “Page 3 Idol” competition made her a certain kind of person (one with big boobs and few thoughts, to hear anyone else tell it). And as glittery as being one of the UK's most successful glamour models may seem, Keeley's fairytale success quickly turned into a nightmare. After becoming a victim of revenge porn and a particularly disastrous interview with a high brow British newspaper, Keeley began re-examining her life. She learned about feminism, objectification, and systemic misogyny on a wonderful journey of personal growth, and with a flick of her hair, quit modelling, walked away from a fat paycheck, and moved thousands of miles away from everything she had come to know. Reinventing herself as an actress and writer, she starred in award-winning short films, as well as horrors, dramas, and comedies before facing her most challenging job on the massive hit series Ted Lasso– rewriting what it means to be Keeley both on-screen and in real life.

Everyone's Seen My Tits is a powerful, funny, high spirited essay collection. From growing up on a council estate and her tumultuous relationship with fame to overcoming adversity, finding feminism, and finding herself, these essays chronicle one woman’s coming-of-age and coming into herself. A personal journey with universal appeal as girls worldwide continue to battle how they are perceived, who they really are, and what they can be.

Everyone's Seen My Tits" is the kind of book you pick up for the cheeky title and then realize halfway through you’re highlighting passages like it’s a masterclass in wit, self-awareness, and gutsy honesty. Keeley Hazell doesn’t just share stories — she peels back the glossy tabloid image to reveal someone who’s both hilarious and sharp, unafraid to make you laugh one moment and rethink your assumptions the next.

What I loved most is how she balances the playful with the profound. One page you’re snorting at her razor-sharp humor, the next you’re sitting with a raw truth about womanhood, fame, or just trying to carve out your identity in a world that thinks it already knows you. It’s clever, refreshing, and a little bit rebellious — much like Keeley herself.

Listening to Keeley narrate her own story takes the experience to another level. Her delivery makes it feel less like an audiobook and more like a friend sitting across from you, telling you stories from her life — funny, candid, and deeply personal. It adds warmth and authenticity that makes the wit hit sharper and the vulnerable moments feel even more genuine.

This isn’t a book about being defined by others; it’s about reclaiming the narrative with charm, bite, and more than a dash of “yes, I said that.” If feminism had a cocktail hour, Keeley Hazell would be mixing the drinks and dropping truth bombs between laughs.

In short: witty, bold, and unapologetically smart — exactly the kind of book you want to tell your friends about (after you’ve stopped laughing at the title long enough to explain it).
