The piece really has over 200 plus essential oil recipes that I’m barely familiar of. I’m amazed with the vast benefits essential oils can do. I’d like to add that the book’s organized making it easy for me to go along with it.

Wow this is a terrific audiobook with over three hours jam packed with information about essential oils and how to use them for a variety of ailments physically and mentally. You can not be disappointed with this audio. I learned a lot!

This was a very good book. The author has been using essential oils since the 1970's and has very clear warnings, etc. I would have preferred listings for preventative measures aside from ailments, but the book is clear and easy to follow for the ailments discussed. Would recommend
