While presented in an informal and "hip" way, the information is still presented in a mature way that respects teens for the young adults that they are. I was surprised how much psychology and science were included to support the habits suggested in this book. From ways to shift your mindset about money, make saving easy, set up a savings account, invest in the actual stock market, avoid impulse buys, and develop a side hustle, the author approaches the concept of making and keeping money from all angles. I especially appreciated the chapter on investing. Trusting yourself to know what's cool and trending as a way to invest? Mind blown! I wish someone had given me this book about 20 years ago.
