What did you like best about this story?

It gave a good insight into the development and life of Matt Graham. I had no idea what an accomplished man he is.

Have you listened to any of Tom Perkins’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Inspiring

Listened to whole thing while hunting and while cutting wood in the forrest. Paused it a few times to take things in. i live in the middle of woods (in a house). Going to start to venture farther and longer after reading this.

Incredible!

Matt Graham is a freak of nature: 25 mile daily jog in sandals (or barefoot). Sometimes barefoot. Sometimes 100 miles! I would be skeptical of some of the things he says, but you have to acknowledge that he does it! So he has credibility. I've seen him on several survival shows and he knows his stuff! The part I loved the most was him just going out into the wilderness and living off the land. No money, no family, no commitments.

I Need More

Matt Graham should write volumes of books on his experiences and philosophies. His knowledge is so important for the world and our Earth. I hope he puts more out there soon

Philosophy of living on the land

Challenges my heart to live in nature in pure and raw form. To sleep on a bed of needles without getting the feeling of the crawlies, to rest into the reality of the present, and to expand awareness that can only be found in the outside causes the outside to become your inside and your inside your outside.

Amazing story and a great read

I loved this story and hope Matt makes additional books. It makes one think a lot about how what we give up with modern technology and the modern lifestyle.

A true self awakening story.

I enjoyed Matt's thought process and his evolution to know himself. His life story motivates me to grow in self awareness by joining my reflection of myself with the land.

good book I just wish Matt Gram would have read it. Matt has a beautiful out look on nature and life itself

It's quite strange as a guy, to hear another guy be so in touch with himself, the earth and nature. Much respect and admiration. He does what he wants, not what society deems as cool. He has effectively disengaged from modern cultures and clearly loves life.
