It seems like everywhere you turn these days, all foreign companies have disputes with their Ukrainian partners, claiming inferior quality, wrong quantity and/or refund of pre-payment. Most of the agreements contain an arbitration provision that requires the parties to submit their disputes for resolution in Kiev, before the international arbitration court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
