Great tíos

This books has some great tips. Last chapter is more like meditation. Voice is very low but other than that I enjoyed this book

The tittle is just about right!

Energizing body, spirit and mind! Great journey, full of inspiration and exercises.
The audio is terrible, from a tape recording. However, the message is so powerful that I truly recommend overlooking this flaw and strongly pay attention to the message. Still relevant in 2021!

Good content but hard to listen to…

I enjoyed the content when I was not drifting in an out of other thoughts. The reader an I understand why was a monotone thru out the whole book. The author had a ton of information which I enjoyed but kept on backing up the book to get the full content and meaning. If you need to relax and can focus while listening to this book, it is worth listening to it.

Simple and profound wisdom for everyday life

Sensible..... I love how simple and profound this one is. I listened all the way through in an evening and it changed and simplified my life. I will be re-listening.

read the fine print

I fell for the audible original tag on the thumbnail so thought it was a new recording. But reading the details, you'll find this was recorded long ago on home recording equipment. If I had read the fine print, I would not have wasted a credit on it. I don't remember hearing anything that wasn't already part of his books. I forced myself to finish listening, the audio quality is that poor.

Like listening to a poor quality call

Very hard to listen to this speech because it sounds like your listening in to a poor quality telephone call.

Audio is horrible

Didnt finish this book because I couldnt hear clearly. Sounded like he was mumbling at times and just not a professional recording. His message in the book is good though! If he re-records it, I would definitely give it another chance.

Dan Millman has wonderful knowledge to share, unfortunately the poor sound quality diminishes the message here and there. Certain parts of this were nearly inaudible
