Worth it and GREAT.
I encountered people who is very sensitive and its not easy to make an adjustment if you don't know what to do. I want to develop my skills as Empaths and I really need this book. I find this book very helpful. It can make me more knowledgeable and aware also about this kind of attention. Being sensitive is not easy to deal. I know that very well.
