I was expecting significant research and data to back up the claims. Instead, the book is written at a Junior High level. It’s extremely repetitive with phrase such as, “there is significant evidence that childhood trauma has a profound effect on the development of cancer,” but then there is nothing more that is said to back that up. Or, “studies show that childhood sexual abuse may have a negative effect on the development of cancer, most likely due to the effect of chronic stress.” It’s just very basic and repetitive. I believe in the concept that our emotionscause disease, but this book and the lack of author credentials, other than “Subject Matter Expert” is what gives alternative medicine it’s critics,
