The powers that be hunted fiercely for anything remotely earth-like, something they could actually reach. Elysium I, one of four lookalike planets, orbiting a close blue dwarf, soon held a million people. And, of course, when that many people crowd a small planet, you can expect all the negatives to surface... If they are not careful, Elysium I might not be a haven, after all.
