Xe Sands makes the series!!!!

I have simply fallen in love with this series. What an amazing world Jacquelyn Frank has weaved for us. It's just simply amazing. I LOVED Elijah. Who knew the man who would joke and laugh with Isabella was such a fierce lover? YUMMY! I also loved the way he adapted to a situation that NO ONE could have expected. Sienna, I think rubbed me a bit of the wrong way in the beginning but I loved her by the end.

The fight between the nightwalkers and the necromancers and hunters also heated up in this book. I really can't wait to see what happens next. And I really want Ruth to get hers.

And once again Xe Sands has made this book for me. Her expert narration and wonderful voice interpretations from the accents to the inflections and intonations. She's amazing. It's a shame I can't get her to read all of my audiobooks. LOL

I'm now onto Damien, however, I must wait for the audiobook to come out later this month, because I don't think I can read the books now. I HAVE to listen to them on audio! :)

AUDIBLE NEEDS TO GET THE REST OF THIS SERIES. I LOVE IT WONDERFUL STORY. FROM THE BIGINNING TO THE END ALWAYS KEEPS ME COMING BACK FOR MORE.

CAPTIVATING

What made the experience of listening to Elijah the most enjoyable?

I am pretty much a NOVICE at reading/listening to books, was never a reader so I probably would defer you to reading the PRO'S REVIEWS...It was captivating in everyway! You felt like you were actually there feeling all of it.

What did you like best about this story?

Everything, I just did NOT want any of the books to end, and when I finished it made me want more!

What does Xe Sands bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Her narration was impeccable she brought the characters to life and just knew how to make you feel it was ALL happening to you!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The erotic romances of these characters, WOW! Steaming hot!!

Wow... Sexy Elijah!

I just knew Elijah would not be with a Druid... Now that I have read this, I see all the foreshadwing from Book 1. I knew Elijah's mate would have to be just as powerful as he was. I love that he mates with Siena. I love Elijah's personality. He is just so funny, even when he is being romantic. Such a warrior. It's like he only thinks about battle, but he soo funny with it. Loved it. Another great one from Frank. Nightwalker sereis is the best romantic/fantasy series I have ever read/listen too! Worth a buy or credit...

Good Story to Tease the Paranormal

I love paranormal stories and this book was right up there in the top 10. The different perspective of the nightwalkers and their abilities intregued me. The story intertwines characters from other books whicn peaks my interest to read more of them to find out what happens next. The narrator was very good with accents and tone, bringing the characters to life.

As good as Jacob, better than Gideon.

After Gideon's book I wasn't sure I was going to continue on with this series, it was so boring. But I wanted to read Elijah's story, especially since it has lycanthropes (my favorites) in it. Yes this book is better, more in the line of Jacob. So if you liked the first book you will enjoy this one too. I really liked the hair concept, of how it is a living part of a lycanthrope, kinda like a medusa. Overall I did enjoy this book. Although I'm not in a hurry to read the next, so I just might wait for a sale. As I have stated before Xe Sands is not my favorite narrator. It not her voice but her speed of reading that really gets me. If she would speed up just a bit, maybe she wouldn't put me to sleep. I might be in the minority here, but she is not my favorite narrator.

This is a great read and you want to keep reading.

Would you consider the audio edition of Elijah to be better than the print version?

I don't know, I haven read it only listen to it. I do usually like both. I love to turn it on in the car and clean house to them. It makes time go by and fun. Thank you.

What did you like best about this story?

Hit had a lot of depth and was fun to read.

What about Xe Sands’s performance did you like?

She played the voices well for the characters. I got lost in the story.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Never say never.

FANTASTIC

Like chocolate for the mouth, this author is beyond eloquent and deep. The narrator is like sweet melody and the romance is strong as it holds onto all most powerful values of true integrity. I enjoyed the book immensely, something to last within me.
