What an Incredible and Useful Resource!

"Effortless Menopause for the Savvy Woman", is an excellent and useful book with a fantastic narrator. I have typically shied away from these types of books, yet this one caught my eye.
Truly liked all the dietary tips and how it works with the aging body. The author makes this entire situation, not so scary!
Self-care really is important, and a reminder to spend time with friends.
Stress can get the best of us, and working out seems to help alleviate stress and symptoms.
I never really thought about approaching this with optimism :-), but I was just going to ignore it altogether! However, the book is good at breaking everything down into easy to understand bite size pieces. I truly enjoyed how In Depth the author went! Such important and awesome content.
The book is great, and I highly recommend it to all women over 40. Read or listen to it today.
