Acerca de esta escucha
This 2-part program will give you a guide to developing a more thorough understanding of nonverbal communication techniques. By increasing your awareness of nonverbal behavior, you can read the emotions and attitudes of fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and others you interact with inside and outside your organization. As a result, you will have a greater feeling for and awareness of all your interpersonal transactions. This increased rapport with, and understanding of, others leads to increased trust and productivity. Your ability to understand nonverbal communications is apparently not related to IQ, the ability to take tests, or the grades one makes in school. Practice tends to improve the ability to understand body language. People tested for body language comprehension generally score higher on second and subsequent tests than on their first tries.
We have a plethora of courses and seminars that teach us how to write and speak better, but there are relatively few available in the study of nonverbal communications and body language.
