Missing Detail?

There seems to be parts of the story that are missing? All of a sudden they cross the chasm and Quan is dead, is that on purpose?…what happened to the play by play? Having 2 narrators didn’t work because one interrupted or nearly did almost all the time.

Thoughtful Truth About our World

I have read this book many times over the years of knowing God as my Lord and each time I have read it, He teaches me even more about His world and His truth. Thank you to Randy Alcorn for writing such a beautiful book that can bring new depths of understanding to the reader.

I’ve read the physical book. This story is excellent, but the audible version is missing two major sections. Get the actual book instead unless they fix this recording.

I recommend this to everyone. It's enlightening and gives such a parallel view to our lives and reality of Whom we belong to...not ourselves...

One of the best books by the best author I know. It is a must read.

I would say it was time well spent after the first hour or so. Very difficult to get into it, which is not normal for his books.

A faith saving epic of eternal proportion

This story came to me just as I am experiencing a time of heartache and betrayal. The poignant story of the struggle of traveling the "red road" enabled me to see that; although the intensity of my fears, doubts and temptation to lose hope are very real, the battle is not unique to me, but is part of God's plan and purpose to help me recognize my need to daily experience his grace when my own resources are completely drained, to actively connect with fellow travelers and allow God's incomprehensible wisdom to create a faith that is deeper, stronger and more humbling than before. The description of heaven and the glorious fulfillment of my deepest desires gives me perspective and strength to surrender myself to God's design one day at a time.
