Wonderful story - narration not so wonderful

This was a great story, with an excellent mystery and the dual timelines made it even more interesting.
I love audiobooks, but I feel like I would’ve enjoyed the story more if I had read it book in hand. I know that it says it was narrated by a human being, but I swear it sounded so much like books I have listened to which were narrated by AI. The choppiness of the narration was really distracting. As I said, overall a fantastic story, which I would read again if I have the book in my hand.

Narrator Made The Book!!

I love this book && this author, but WOW!! The narrator kept me so enthralled and brought this book completely alive. I felt like I was alongside each character searching for the truth with them! Nancy is my new favorite! Will be looking for more books from both these wonderful women.
