I enjoyed this. It's short and a fun description on the benefits of several different eating trends. I enjoyed that each trend was described in a manner that was open and honest, and options were listed to accommodate for the deficiencies provided for each diet trend. The audiobook had a few repeat lines, I'm guessing where an edit was done that was noticeable. My favorite part was the weeklong recipe menu that was provided for each eating trend. They made me want to grab a physical copy of the book so I could have the actual recipes.
