Small steps that can make a difference
I wasn’t sure how much could really change in just 20 minutes a day, but this book made it feel possible. The tips are simple, realistic, and actually helpful—not just generic “get organized” advice. I liked how it focused on both physical space and mindset because, honestly, the mental clutter can be just as bad. Some suggestions felt a little basic if you’ve already tried organizing before, but the structure makes it easy to stick with. If ADHD makes staying organized feel impossible, this book gives you a solid starting point without being overwhelming.
