Build an executive summary, which is a quick presentation of the main business issues, by answering the following questions.

1. What is your company's line of business? Industry, trade, or services?
2. What problem or demand will your business address?
3. What is the company's mission?
4. What is the business vision?
5. What are the short-, medium- and long-term goals?
6. What are the strengths and weaknesses of the business?
7. What are the foreseeable opportunities and threats?
8. Crossing strengths and opportunities, as well as weaknesses and threats.
9. What is the organization's core competence? A brief description of the products, services, and consumer benefits.
10. What is the organization's market positioning? About the competitive environment it will face and the strategies it will use.
11. How will you implement the business plan? Are you going to be inspired by some organization model?
12. How and who will manage people and the business?
13. ....
