The Farmhouse follows Cecilia's life post Ox Head.. Cecilia, after surviving a brutal and terrifying attack at the hands of a psychopathic religious zealot in Midland, Michigan, moves to a secluded farmhouse in Escanaba, Michigan. She is determined to rebuild her life and her future.
Discovering that she is pregnant by her rapist, Cecilia decides to have the baby. She meets a wonderful older couple who treat her as their daughter. However, her happiness is short-lived when a stranger befriends her.
This is the story of her attempt to find peace and overcome the nightmares that still plague her every time she closes her eyes.
