Colorado Springs homicide detective, Storm Harrison, is haunted by the death of a young girl who died in his arms when he was a rookie on the Colorado Springs Police Department. He had a chance to kill the suspect but didn’t and blames himself for her death. Katy Taylor is a County Prosecutor who is afraid to get involved with men after being sexually assaulted when she was a law student.
