Pitiful
Overly sappy. The entire book is just about whether the two characters will marry. No other story line- very repetitive. Characters are simple stereotypes.

So creepy I don’t think I can finish
This entire story is about a submissive woman that finally gets the strength to say NO. And the adult child and his family that continue to pressure, shame and force her to just accept being uncomfortable and unhappy. I get where it’s leading, but I am so appalled I don’t care.
