It was surprising in a way, well written, great MCs I am not very found of Lula Larkin narrating so it takes me few chapters to get used to her, but once I am used to her narration I enjoy the book.

This was a different premise at the start of the book but the plot was very good and consistent throughout the story. The two main characters were adorable. The supporting characters equally adorable and the narrator Lula Larkin was excellent!

Wow, this was beautiful.

It starts out one way with Sawyer and Macey, but then it completely throws you for a loop... but in a good way! Also, I have a soft spot for veterinary/medical romances - and this was a sweet one. The couple had chemistry, there were stray kittens, their careers were solid, family and friends were supportive.

This storyline was unique to me, but it was beautiful. ❤️
