Allison, a wry and athletic teen, faces the challenge of a lifetime when she and those she loves are targeted by RealHuman, a cult determined to protect the human race from any rise of a genetically engineered species.

When a mad scientist's plan to create Humans 2.0 was discovered a decade ago, courts around the world awarded The Kokoa Foundation millions of dollars to provide education, psychological assessment, treatment, and other benefits to the innocent victims of his terrible plan.

Since then, Alison and all those other wealthy designer kids have spent several weeks of every summer on an island whimsically called "Dragon's Flight" where the Kokoa Foundations works hard to give them all the help they need to thrive despite the extensive genetic tinkering they've endured.

But there are no dragons on Dragon's Flight, and when mad men with guns come to the island and start to shoot, the children who used to feel so fortunate must begin their fight to stay alive.

In Dragon's Flight, the lucky few become the hunted, and a war for planet Earth begins.
