great story line , can't stop.listening

AI narration still needs work, it is better in this book , better than the first one. will see if it continues to improve.

AI should NOT take the place of humans when reading a story.

The AI doesn't have the ability to differentiate between characters, and the inflections are either not there or not correct. This makes it hard to get through the book! It's difficult to understand the complexities of the story when characters and inflections are wrong.

Virtual voice was fine 1.25 speed works the best

I don’t know the story gets a little slow in certain places has you asking yourself What when where why. I’ll be continuing the story to see if it gets better or worse. The story does have a similar outline, but not the same characters and characteristics as a popular series to do with cradle.
We get it everybody wants Baldry or Vance or whatever to narrate their stories but the truth is Audible virtual voice is probably the best AI narration that I’ve heard. I’m sure there’s others that are better. In my opinion, if you don’t like the AI narration avoid it whenever you see it. I do the same avoiding books whenever I see Jeff Hayes name as the narrator. You do have a choice you don’t have to listen to something that you know you don’t like before you even listen to the story.
