This track really works. I don't much go past the first track because I have had such success with it. Got this when I realized I might have anger issues about a situation at work. Within 5 days of listening to it, I was already much calmer and less reactive in dealing with the situation. Made me more mindful and less apt to be easily triggered. Very good, the voice is very relaxing and soothing.

Very Useful Tool for High Conflict

This is helpful for couples who are in high conflict relationships. I will be recommending this recording to couples that I work with.
