O’Henry, Hitchcock & Damn Human Complexity

The usual detective story cliche fan shall prematurely not figure exactly who the author pins to the “suicide-murder.”

There are just too many possibilities that explain but do not satisfy.

A fun in the end read ... not.

GREAT COMPLICATED STORY LINE

Really unhappy ALEXANDER ADAMS is no longer reading the Delaware series. Had a VERY hard time concentrating on this book. I mean, who the hell decided to give Milo a Bronx sounding voice!?!? Stupid!!! Milo is a big guy with a gravelly, masculine voice. After 7 books it should have been a given. I'm very despondent about continuing.

Also since I found out they made a movie of one of these books I couldn't believe they thought Ted Danson was Delaware!! God!!

Kellerman always delivers

I am on my second go with all the Kellerman books, some third time. I read most of them in print and bad eyes have me listening now. John Rubinstein sets the right tone for Alex and Milo. This one is rougher subject matter than most so it is not a book to take you on a crazy ride down Hollywood Blvd. The people in it could be your neighbors so it is more heartbreaking.

Dr Death

It was a interesting read, and moved along smoothly. I was surprised at the ending, the different twist was not what I expected. I believe after I thought it through, I liked it.

Can't wait to download the next one in the series these books are very interesting and full of twisted terms

Good book

Thought it was a little slow getting started but once I got past that, I found the book really engrossing. The book is well written and I think Kellerman fans will enjoy this one.

Dr Death

Probably the best book I have listened to by Jonathan Kellerman. The plot was engaging and kept you involved all the way through!! Great listen!!

strong beginning but ending was not satisfying it was as if plot emphasis went one direction and then at the end the killer was someone who had hardly been discussed.

The best Alex Delaware story

With the exception of one character I thought was left dangling, this was pretty close to perfect. Rubinstein's narration of Delaware and Sturgis is excellent, as always. I'm not certain I could listen to anyone else portray them.
Such a wealth of well-developed characters, and yet the story never tangles. The unwinding is flawless. I've read or listened to all of Kellerman's Alex Delaware novels. I believe this one is the best.

Alex Delaware Milo and Robyn are great

I liked this story. back to the child psych roots. I would have liked more of Milo, Robyn, and Spike.
