POOR SLEEP KILLS. ITS THAT SIMPLE.

DOZE AND DIE is a gripping, science-based fictional tale that rips the covers off the silent epidemic of sleep disorders wreaking havoc on society. Sleep industry expert Adrian Zacher uncovers the chilling consequences of our collective failure to prioritize healthy sleep.

Meet Sarah, Robert, Troy, and Ahmed, four strangers bound by a common affliction. As sleep slips further from their grasp, their health deteriorates, relationships shatter, and a looming tragedy becomes inevitable. Only one person, a vigilant community pharmacist, spots the early warning signs.

But time is running out. Can he help them before it’s too late?

Relentless and thought-provoking, DOZE AND DIE shines a light on a ticking time bomb society can no longer afford to ignore. Through this tale, Zacher issues a powerful call to action: end the neglect, prevent the suffering.

Because untreated sleep disorders don’t just disrupt lives—they destroy them.

In this narrative story, we follow characters who are all impacted by one person's undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea. This causes a chain of events that leaves history changed forever as one of the characters dies in the process. These are the consequences of not appreciating the potential impacts that this disorder can have. It affects more than the patient and their family, it affects all of us.

By raising awareness of the condition, we all are now better prepared to talk about it and work on a solution. The text discusses not only the problem, but how dentists and pharmacists can be involved and help. For a problem this big, we all need to work together to achieve a solution that is best for the patients and also best for society.

The audio version has a very engaging narration by Emma Easton who bring the characters to life with very appropriate use of pauses and emphasis.

If you think you may have this condition, please get some help. If you are able, then be that help. As we all sleep better when we all sleep better.
