Great read

I really want to know what happened with Jessie and lyric, it’s been on my mind since I finished the book.

Amazing!

I love the diary like timeline of the events and how the love gradually grew.

Great story telling.

This was a really great book. I could see my lesbian self in it, and that means a lot to me when it comes to reading books.

Love without the drama!

After i got past the narrator. I thoroughly enjoyed this love story! No negative plot twists or surprises. Flat out ADULT love! The details were amazing! Being married to a woman myself, i was fully able to imagine every scene, scenario and emotion!

Great storyline with a lot of steam. The conflict wasn’t boring and the love the characters have for each other makes me melt every time. They are perfect and healthy for one another.

Ayyyyeeeeeeeeeeee for all my real #wlw the backpack scenes are bar none, and I love how the author tried to include a variety of journey experiences that #wlw experiences as they come into their sexuality

I appreciate their openness and willingness to communicate effectively, addressing issues as they arise.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys lesbian romance novels, it's truly captivating.

Loved it but…

Ok so I did love the book but I felt at times or all the times the author was getting too cared away with the hood slang hip vernacular. I enjoyed that they were black characters and sounded as such but I felt like she was trying a little too hard to show they were black characters. Only not dislike but gripe. Otherwise great book can’t wait to try more.

Flat but entertaining

If this was written for teenagers then it’s perfect but I feel like it was flat and written like a lesbian wattpad story.
