I loved this audiobook. This plot had me captivated from the first chapter! I am so enjoying this series.

Maybe for 20-something year olds?
The plot was good, but there were just so many immature conversations in this book. I’m just really surprised that this was the same author as the other books in this series. Not sure what’s going on…?

Neither fun nor holidays
What’s the point of putting this in a series titled Fun for the Holidays? This wasn’t fun. This didn’t have anything to do with a holiday. This had no connection whatsoever to the series other than the author,
This should be a separate, stand alone novella billed as a romantic suspense.
Also, the cover art should not be pastel.
As a suspense novella this was okay. The reasoning behind the coerced marriage and Dominic’s friction with Dove doesn’t hold up to scrutiny, but it at least felt like there was more substance to this story than the more shallow “just for fun” novellas. This was lighter on the sex than the other novellas, but tacked on extra HEA material at the end. Unfortunately, so much was shoehorned in that I never got attached to any of the characters.
