Acerca de esta escucha

Rebellion, alcohol, and crowded bars are seldom a good combination. Mix in four sinister bounty hunters motivated by greed and what started out as an innocent night of fun around town for three young friends turns into something else. That something else is personal for hardboiled Inspector Thomas Sullivan and corrupt Chief of Police Markeson as they join forces to take back what is theirs. Violence, deception, and an end of innocence are the result as the two cynical cops take the law into their own hands in this crime noir novella. Another typical night in Capital City on the frozen planet Beta Prime. Download a copy of Dolls, Dames, and Danger, the second episode in the Capital City Characters series and enjoy a hardboiled crime noir set 500 years in the future! I have read all of this series and enjoyed them, since these short stores were not easily available to read, I decide to listen to them. The author has done an excellent job in keeping true to the series, but the story is almost ruined by the narration using a virtual voice. All the characters sound the same in a voice which matches none of the voices I hear in my head when I read the books. The stories would be better served with the use of a real voice artist,

Love this Author - hate the virtual voice
