Do What You Love

The follow up to my best selling book The Diary of an Average Runner. What's happened in the 5 years since i published this book? Well plenty of trying to find out what make me happy, that's what. It's been an up and down period, some would call it a mid life crisis, but i'm coming out the other end a better person with a clear mind so wanted to share this with others who may either be going through similar or simply want read an easy quick read. This is another simple read, even more than the first books, but that's where my life has headed now, simplest is best. If you're expecting to read a long book, full of detailed race reports, then this book won't be for you. If you want a short and easy read that's more like a short collection of blog posts, with content which is at times pretty personal to myself, then this is for you and I really hope you enjoy reading it.
