By coming together, we'll set into motion a destiny neither one of us could ever have predicted. Are we willing to put our lives on the line to break the cycle of destruction?

Discovering Destiny is a story featuring an adorably awkward witch who can talk to plants, a protective witch who can cause lightening strikes at awkward times, questionable art, strange dreams, a prophesy (there's always a prophecy, right) and cat and magpie familiars who can't seem to shut up or get along.

*sigh*

I really enjoyed this story when I read it but man, the voice the narrator gave Toby just gets on my nerves, literally. It's like nails on a chalkboard. *shudders*
If it weren't for that high pitched whiney voice it would have been a mostly enjoyable listen, but I just can't get past it.
I'm really hoping either the narrator does a better job in book 2 or they replace him completely.
