Our story: I understand the struggle - oh, do I ever understand the struggle of trying and failing to lose weight. I wrestled with my weight for years, trying every diet imaginable and coming up empty. After a difficult pregnancy, I lost nearly seventy pounds through the Paleo diet and exercise, but I struggled to maintain my weight. After I discovered intermittent fasting in 2019, I knew I was ready to ditch dieting forever. When I started fasting, I was surprised to lose weight without trying. In fact, I lost weight while eating more and exercising less. I have maintained my weight loss easily through fasting - specifically dirty fasting. Dirty fasting allowed me to easily transition into a fasting lifestyle.
I introduced my husband, David, to fasting in 2019. He lost eighty pounds from his highest weight - using a combination of dirty fasting and clean fasting. David has maintained his weight loss since 2019. We have experienced some of the amazing benefits of fasting outside of weight loss, and we are excited to share our story.
